Quotes
All quotes are based on the information available at the time and are valid for 30 days. If site conditions or system requirements change, the price may be revised and will be agreed before work continues.
Bookings
Appointments require safe access and someone over 18 present. We aim to attend within the agreed time window but may be delayed due to emergency work.
Payments
Service and repair work must be paid on completion.
Installations require a deposit to secure the booking, with the balance due on completion.
Special-order parts must be paid in advance and are non-refundable unless faulty.
Cancellations
Less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a call-out charge. Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered.
Warranty
Manufacturer warranties apply to supplied equipment. Workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months unless stated otherwise. Warranty is subject to proper use and required servicing.
Liability
We are not responsible for pre-existing faults, hidden defects, or failures caused by old or poorly maintained systems. Liability is limited to the value of the work carried out.
Call-Outs
Diagnostic and call-out fees apply even if no repair is completed.
